• Grant us permission to use automated tools, including AI crawlers, to extract and display information about your app
• Allow us to display your app's name, description, URL, logo, and other publicly available information

4.2 Review and Moderation

All submissions are subject to review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to:

• Accept or reject any submission at our sole discretion
• Modify, edit, or remove any listing information
• Remove listings that violate these Terms or our content policies
• Require additional information or verification before approving a submission

We do not guarantee that your submission will be accepted or published. We are not obligated to provide reasons for rejection.

4.3 Content Ownership and License

By submitting an app, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Display, reproduce, and distribute information about your app on our Service
• Use your app's name, logo, description, and other materials for promotional purposes

You retain all ownership rights to your app and its content. You may request removal of your listing at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and any content associated with it. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
